Currently, (10.0.42 version) I notice that no replenishment work gets created if the "On hand" Inventory for an item at the Pick location as defined in the Location directive is less than Maximum quantity defined in the "Minimum or maximum" replenishment template.

For e.g. Minimum or maximum Replenishment template (25_Min Max) was defined for an item XXXXX with Minimum quantity=5 and Maximum quantity=15. The location "Bulk-001" has to be Replenished from the Pick location "Bulk-005". The location "Bulk-005" has10 on hand available quantity. "Bulk-001" has "1" quantity available.

When we run the replenishment process for the template, (25_Min Max), I notice that no "Replenishment" work gets created as the On hand quantity at the pick location is less than "Maximum" quantity defined in the Min Max template.

I suggest that the logic has to look at the Minimum quantity defined in the Replenishment template and the Replenishment work has to be created. As per the above example, work has to be created for (10-1) "9" quantity.

However, there should also be a validation to check the Maximum quantity defined in the Replenishment template and the work quantity should not exceed the "Maximum" template quantity.
