Document Sending Profile per Document Type

Create new document sending profiles so that is not only one sending profile per customer but per document type (e.g. Sales shipment -> print / Sales invoice -> email)

The idea that all documents for a customer should be processed the same way is a far to simplifeid way of thinking. So make it structure so that you can choose a default scenario that can be overruled for relevant documents. Especially Shipment is more or less always handled differently from other customer documents.

This is a fundamental flaw, after more than 50 NAV/BC implementations, I cannot believe that we still have to customise for this. The Shipment MUST be printed to go with the Goods and the Invoice emailed at the same time. Come on Microsoft - just make it happen!

Customers want invoice to be mailed, but sales shipment to be printed without further dialog boxes...!!!
