When an error notification is added to a form control via the control.addNotification js function, the error icon appears, and the whole message appears with the correct Apply and Dismiss buttons when you mouse over the error icon.

However, when you try to mouse over to one of the buttons on the message, it disappears, making it impossible to click either button.
