The credit card issues screen (Accounts receivable > inquiries and reports > Credit card issues) does not support saving advanced filtering and sorting views within this screen. The view/filter can be saved as a custom view but it does not work. When changing to this saved advanced filter/sort view, nothing happens. This is OOTB functionality which works across other screens so it should work the same for the credit card issues screen.
