There are scenarios in process manufacturing where the same raw material is being used in several formula lines of different sub-batch orders however these materials needs to be picked using a specific unit.

With the current WMS configuration system will create individual work line for each formula line that is added to the wave, this gets complicated if we need to round up the qty because we only pick these items on a specific unit. Say for example the formula lines is define in KG however we pick the raw material in BAGs, if we have sufficient stocks then we end up rounding all the lines which will cause excessive stock getting moved to PRODIN location.

If it is possible for the system to either do the round up in the mobile device together with the group pick function that would be great or, the work lines created will be already summed based on item and location code before the rounding logic is applied. This will for sure address the issue.
