The Quick Create menu often needs cleaning up when new entities have been added to the Dynamics 365 product. Some entities - e.g. Playbook Category, Property Option Set Item - do not seem to be able to be unchecked as they are in a managed state.

Defaulting this setting to TRUE when deploying new entities clutters the Quick Create menu, and it's an issue when these are not even able to be unchecked.
