All users in our organization agree that the email editor i CRM (Online) is very bad. When we write and send email it feels like we are playing text formatting bingo. When we write text and select font, it changes font, but when we add additional text it selects a totally random font. The spacing between lines also feels like bingo. We never get the email to look exactly how we want it to look.
It seems like problem occurs more often when we use templates and add text to the inserted template inside the email activity
Please fix this in future releases. The editor in OWA for example is very good and could be a replacement?
PS: Image insert would also be very nice..

Hi, this is a great idea! We Need the same feature and I created a suggestion for this feature some days ago.
