Allow any email response message activities in response to D365 Customer Insights - Journeys to be counted in analytics and insights, and to be available in Customer Insights - Journeys Activities views.


At the moment you can view tracked responses in the Activities on the Sales app but not in Customer Insights. We are starting to track things like webpage interactions and other activities, we really should be picking up if the contacts we are reaching out to are replying to the emails.
