In "Personal Options" in D365 under Tab "Email" you are able to activate the function "Show emails not tracked in Dynamics 365 in the Activities list". When you say "Yes" then you are able to see your untracked emails in timeline from a contact for example.

But when you have a lot of untracked emails which are not interessing to track these emails, you have no chance to "Reject" these suggestions. So this means that you will lost the overview in timeline faster because of a lot untracked emails which are not relevant for tracking.

It will be cool when you have a chance to say "Yes this email i want to track" (function exists) and "No this email i dont what to track" (missing feature).

When you have a function like that you get more overview about your timeline.
