[Enable Form Ref] property of FormStringControl does not work in form extension.

Create form extension and add FormStringControl. Set [Enable Form Ref]=No. But Hyperlink for form is displayed in String control. Then we receive error message when clicking the hyperlink. We believe that this is product defect.
