At the moment you have the option to filter each column in a list view in the same style like Excel.
If you activate a filter on a column you have to select a condition (like contains, begins with,...) first, because no condition is preselected. This means one click more then necessary.
It is better when you activate a filter on a column that a condition is preselected like condition "contains" so it is easy and faster to use the filter function in list views.
"contains" condition is a very good default condition to search in columns. So maybe it is possible to preselect this condition if you activate a column filter function.
