Hi,
in D365 Marketing we can use 2 ways of Opt-In - Global Opt-In and Form Opt-In.
But both have advantages and disadvantes and both ways are not 100% usable for a lot of customers.

Add custom options for optionsets consent records
It's currently not possible to add custom options to the option set used for consent records, such as source and reason. The option set and the columns for reason and source are managed in PowerApps which makes it not possible.

This capability is available in real-time journeys preference centers. When a parent purpose is opted out, the child topics get greyed out and the user cannot provide consent for them unless they opt-into the parent purpose first.

The form level double opt-in should have a switch to trigger on “subscription list” as the global double opt in works.

Pending Double Opt-Ins: Overview for all pending double opt-ins
Currently the pending double opt-ins can only be seen within the form submission of a specific form. A general place to overview all pending double opt-ins would be great.

To facilitate users to filter consent records based on compliance profile.
The consent records screen lacks a column to indicate compliance profile. Though the filters appear to have a field to search based on the compliance profile lookup field, it does not seem to be functioning as acknowledged even by the Microsoft support person.
