In Real-time Journeys, clicks to the "Preference center" link will counts as link clicks, however when a contact actually unsubscribes, an unsubscription interaction will be registered in the system and surfaced in email analytics.

On the Customer Insights - Journery > Email > Insights > View Details screen, the order of the columns cannot be changed.

On the Customer Insights - Journery > Email > Insights > View Details screen, the order of the columns cannot be changed.

It would improve user convenience to be able to display the columns in the user's desired column and order.

Please provide the option to see which links has been clicked in unique clicks in the email interactions

In the email interactions for total "clicks" I can see clicked links, in the total clicks section I see the Link name, as well as the Target URL. On "Unique clicks" I don't see this information. In my oppinion especially there it is very important to see it.

Display the human-friendly name of the Redirect URL in Redirect URL clicks section of Contact Insights

Currently the Redirect URL Clicks section of the Contact Insights displays a very unfriendly URL. This should display the human-friendly name of the Redirect URL as configured to make it easier to understand at a glance which redirect URLs have been clicked on by that contact.
